Since my early childhood, I grew up in a household where we spent most of our time in the kitchen, sharing happy moments, chitchats, culinary skills, plans, and dreams. Preparing meals together brought us closer, and it was a source of immense pleasure and joy for me as a child. In my opinion, food is much more than just ingredients or recipes; it’s like a story of identity lovingly presented. Through my travels, I have navigated different cultures via their culinary arts. Their meals revealed much about their habits, culture, and lifestyle. This inspired the idea of Amakel!
